männer precision molds are utilized in theproduction of thin-wall products running at the shortest cycle times for very high volumeapplications. Mold inserts can be replacedwithout additional adjustments. The männermold concept allows for interchangeability of parts, which is particularly important forproduction at different locations.

Test Center. Protomold.

At the männer test center, we use state-of-the-artinjection molding machines from 75 t up to 500 tto test our systems under realistic condi tionsbefore delivery to the customer. Even during theinitial stages of product development and molddesign, knowledge furnished by the männer testcenter helps to guarantee the development ofsolutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.

If desired, we can install the customers’ own injection molding machines at our facilities fortasks such as per forming test runs, creating pilotmolds, and taking initial measurements.

männer Protomold is our special unit for the production of prototypes and for mold opti mization.This independent department is equipped with allnecessary production techniques and it works in -dependently from the main production department.

The specialists of Protomold are available quicklyand flexibly when urgent solutions are needed.
