x Alltheexhibitorsareresponsibleforanylossordamagetotheirproperty,tootherexhibitorsproperty,toOrganizersproperty,tovisitorspropertyortothefairgroundandequipments,thatare caused by theirEmployees or their agents acts that may occur during the build up andbreakdownperiodsofthefairorduringthefairperiod(withinvisitinghoursornot).

x Alltheexhibitorsareresponsibletoinformallthepersonnelandthirdpartiesconcerningthefair

and regulations. The exhibitor shall also inform PPC 2010 Organizer all the names of the

personnelandthirdpartieswhowillworkintheirstandsduringconstruction.

x Organizersuggeststhatexhibitorsshouldpaycloseattentiontotheagreementsrealizedwith

standdesigncompanies.

x Loading and unloading services will be given by a special company appointed by PPC 2010

Organizer.Thisserviceischargeableanditincludesthetransportationoftheequipmentfrom

theloadinggatestothestands.Incaseofneedforadditionalequipment,theexhibitorneedstoapplytoOrganizeruntil20September2010.PPC2010Organizerwillchecktheavailabilityand

inform the exhibitor. It is forbidden to use forklifts, cranes or other heavy construction

equipmentfromthirdparties,withouttheconsentofOrganizer.

Thestandlocationdeterminedbytheagreementandindicatedonthefloorplanisrenderedto

the participantwith the side and rear panels, roof joints, carpet, singlephase threepin plug

(220V/50 Hz,max. 2 KW)and the fascianame indicated onthe FASCIA NAME STANDARD

SHELLSCHEMEFORMFORM4.ThisnamemustbethecompanynameusedonyourExhibitionSpaceContract.Thefirstfasciapanelisfreeofcharge.Additionalfasciapanelswithcompany

name and stand number for Corner, Island and Peninsula stands can be ordered for at an

additionalcharge.
