Every Teacher should:● Differentiate instruction for unique needs of students● Develop relationships with students● Track a group of students through West Block ● Provide an “office hour” to touch base with students in

good standing

What We Offer

● Each department establishes their scheduled offerings weekly and posts the offeringso Three academic sessions per week per department

Student Responsibilities

● Attend four enrichment / office hour sessions per class per quarter

● Be Accountable for Uo Manage time wiselyo Pick up after yourselfo Move with a purposeo Set meaningful personal priorities in my schedule

Teacher Responsibilities

● Teachers are assigned by departmento Weekly responsibilities:

1 supervision day (predetermined or assigned location)

3 academic enrichment days 1 open day

● Departments will create a common grading rubric for enrichment/office sessions
