Test case of Add record

Test Objective :To check whether the system will display ³ record saved

successfully´ message when add button is clicked in empty form.

Tested Action :Employee detail was filled and Add button was clicked

Expected Result :The employee details should be saved in database

successfully

Actual Result :The detail is add successfully displaying the message ³ record

saved successfully´

Conclusion :Since all the field was filled so the data was saved successful

displaying the message.

Test case of Search All

Objective: To check whether the system will display all the records of the existing

employee when ³search all´ button is clicked within the employee report window.

Tested Action: On the employee report window, the search all button is clicked.

Expected Result: On clicking the search all button all the existing record of  

employees should be displayed in the table.

Actual Result :The search all button within the employee report window showed all

the existing employees records in the table.

Conclusion :The search all button on the employee report window helps us to view

all the details of the employees in the separate table.

very easy.

Functions like editing, deleting, searching et c are facilit at edwhich helps t o manage the well-managed records.

This sof t ware saves lot of time and manpower.

Limitation

This program is basically a prototype so it is not very

reliable.

While entering the data details employee department is not

specified.

If required the details of the particular employee, it cannot

be print out directly from the program.

It cannot search the particular employee by their name.

Program Enhancement

Employees department, Email ID, personal photo can be

added in the personal details of employee for convenience,

For more convenience, the print out tool can be added to

print out the personal details.

Salary details of employee can be added.
