Valve Operation – The magnetically actuatedvalve is 3 way - normally closed. The valve isactuated when the liquid lifts the SS float.

DESCRIPTIONThe Magnetic Float Switch is an air sensor fordetecting liquid level inside a vessel. The floatmechanism mounted within the vessel oper-ates a ceramic coated magnet. As the floatmoves it pivots the magnet. A magneticallyactuated sensor on the outside of the solidmetal housing reacts to the inner magnetmovement. The movement shifts a 3 way airvalve.

Horizontal float switch for side mounting to ves-sel. Float operates air valve on outside of vessel.

Float mechanism is contained inside a solid metalbody. The air switch is located outside the metalbody and is magnetically actuated.

Vertical float switch is mounted ontop side of closed or vented vessels.
