INTRODUCTION

First of all let me introduce myself. I am the ex-service personal of M/S Truetzschler India. In

SEL group we have developed many systems for the spinning machines. We are providing

the automation in spinning machines & service support for Blow Room and Carding machine

manufactured by M/S Truetzschler. Please have a look of our developed this systems. In

Conversion of complete PLC, Drives, Auto leveler with Touch Screen Card

Commander: This system is suitable for Truetzschler DK 715, DK 740 Cross Roll MK4 and

MK5 carding machine.

PLC: This unit will take care of complete control of your machine. For an example

we take Truetzschler DK740 carding machine. Our PLC will replace old Truetzschler

PLC which includes MZE3, ADK8A, SBG1, KOM1, EKO32, AKR16, NTE1, SVS5A, SVL15,

BRK2, VER2/3, ESUE2, RIK2 and card commander SPC5. In our system we have taken

care of all necessary safety like cylinder and licker in rpm monitoring, revolving flat

monitoring, monitoring of squeeze roll, calendar roll mote knife etc. But we did not

taken the door limit switches in circuit.

Card Commander with Touch Panel: This section of our system is allowing you to

feed machine parameters, view machine parameters, sliver length in card can,

motor's rpm, FBK pressure, draft etc.

All the fault massages will be displayed over the card commander same as you can

see in Truetzschler DK740 machine. This is very important function of our system. As

when the fault massage is displayed over the machine display than the machine

operator/ maintenance person or electrical person can attack directly over the

problem. This will reduce the machine down time.

Long term Auto leveller CCD: With our system you will have long term auto leveller

in operation. This will keep your sliver hank in control.

AC Drives for Doffer and card Feed Roll: With our system you will have the AC

motors & drives for doffer and machine feed roll. This section of our system is

eliminating the problems generated by carbon brushes of motor, tacho generator,

DC drives.

Auto Can Changer: This section of our system will allow to you to keep your

predefined sliver length in card can. After completion of this length the automatic

can change will take place. For example if you want to keep 2000 meter sliver in your

card can, after completion of this length our system will make can change

automatically.

Motor, Doffer Drive, Feed roll drive, FBK Feed roll drive, PLC (Complete Set), Auto

leveller sensor, Card commander Touch panel of 5.6 inch, Relay Board, SMPS.

We need following material from you:

We will use the existing power wiring, contactors, MPCB’s O/L replay, pressure

transducer, remaining motors, push buttons, sensors, and wiring material etc.

Mostly all the parts are available with the working machine. If any of them is found

defective that only need to replace otherwise the same will be used.
