More than 40 years ago Kjellberg Finsterwalde has started as the first and leading manufacturer in Europe the development and production of plasma cutting equipment. Since that time the enterprise has contributed pioneering advances for improving the cutting results, the productivity and the variation of the products. One important milestone was the introduction of the FineFocus technology. Based on that approved and worldwide employed plasma technology, since the year 2000 the revolutionary HiFocus technology is overcoming the world of the automated cutting, representing the highest technical standard.
The plasma cutting units for manual and mechanized cutting operations make profit from the large experience and knowledge, gathered in the recent years from the development of the automated cutting technology. They significantly are completing the product range, and are giving the customer the possibility to choose individually the most effective unit for his job.

Technical data of the plasma inverters
The plasma cutting units are CE conform and comply with the valid instructions and regulations of the European Union. They are developed and manufactured on basis of the standards EN 60974-1 (VDE 0544, part 1) and BGV D1.
All the Kjellberg plasma cutting units are holding the S-mark, and are therefore applicable in environments with increased hazard of electric shock.
The fabrication follows DIN EN 9001.

The choice is with you: water- or air-cooled?
Versatile application
The units are distinguished by …
Suitable for straight line cutting, profile cutting and interrupted cutting; for bevel cutting, hole cutting and fusion drilling, scrap cutting in nearly all positions.
Plasma gouging as the clean alternative to carbon arc gouging - advantageous, because no aftertreatment necessary, low heat input, very low distortion. The process easily can be followed visual, noise level and smoke formation are widely reduced.
cutting speed up to eight times heigher than with gas cuttingexcellent cutting results
due to the Double-Straight Effect both sides of the cut can be used (”Savings Cut”)small kerfs, therefore low loss of material and low pollution
Kjellberg Finster-walde is the only supplier of manu-al plasma cutting units with Fine-Focus- techno-logy.
W a t e r c o o l e d FineFocus-plasma torches with their direct cooling prin-c i p l e f o r t h e consumables are reaching a five times higher life time of nozzles and cathodes. There-fore we recom-mend for constant

Flexible application of hand torches with various accessories
Kjellberg Finsterwalde offers a wide range of accessor ies fo r a l l plasma hand torches. There are contact caps and contact nozzles; d i s tance caps and distance holders for t e m p l a t e c u t t i n g ; special nozzles, ceramic caps and shock protec-tors for the gouging process. The later three items are only to change, when preparing the standard hand torch for gouging, where the torch head is exposed to extreme heat and phy-sical stress.
For the bevelling of plate edges or for preparation of welding seams we are offering special bevel
o ocaps with 30 und 38 , as well as a bevel cutting attachment with free adjustable bevel angle.
When cutt ing along marking lines a wheel guide is very helpful. At higher dimensions the Plasma Tractor FE 1 can be used. Circle cutting
