Welcome to the 2nd Annual Global Plant Maintenance and Reliability Interactive Technology Workshop!
Plants all across the globe are facing increasing challenges to make sure that their plants are utilized optimally and there is no
unplanned shutdown. In addition to effectively managing the downtime, Plant Maintenance professionals are also facing
challenges to maintain a safe environment for their employees.
This unique workshop will open up a platform to discuss the major challenges in optimizing plant maintenance practices, effective
management of shutdown and turnaround, latest inspection techniques and operational risk management.
As the Executive Chairman, and along with the other Technical Steering Committee members, we are looking to ensure an

OverviewIn the past few years, operating companies have been under immense strain to utilize their plants and assets to their maximum potential. Poor reliability can result in a direct loss to the company and greater reliability leads to enhanced profit margins, a safe environment for the employees and contented end users. 2nd Annual Global Plant Maintenance and Reliability Interactive Technology Workshop scheduled from 17th to 19th October in Istanbul, Turkey will discuss interactively the effective maintenance strategies, maintenance planning, mechanical maintenance, best practices in process control, root cause failure analysis and effective shutdown and turnaround techniques.
The workshop will provide a platform for plant managers and reliability leaders to discuss in depth and in an interactive manner, the ways to effective maintenance and plant reliability.

Interactive Breakout Discussion and Solution Finding Session
Throughout this 3-day workshop, delegates will experience various interactive breakout discussion and solution �nding sessions. These sessions will ensure that delegates are able to bring up their particular challenges and concerns and brainstorm these in detail with a room-full of their peers and experts from the industry.
Format: Delegates break out into discussion groups led by a Discussion Leader to discuss and brainstorm highlighted issues presented in the session. The objective is to give everyone the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas and engage in practical solution �nding for their technical issues in order to apply them back in their organizations
