STEP 3

Students cook this récipe:

LEMON PIE

CRUST

135 grms of crispy sweet cookies

1 ½ stick of melted butter or margarine

WHIPPING CREAM

1 cup of whipping cream

LEMON FILLING

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1 can of condensed milk(400 grms)

6 tablespoons of lemon juice

zest of one lemon

PROCEDURE

CRUST. Mix all ingredients with your hands and in the pan. Then press it with your hands to form the crust covering ¾ of the pan.

FILLING. Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes in médium speed. Then pour the filling into the crust. Freeze it for two hours mínimum.

WHIPPING CREAM. Beat the cream till thicken. Then pour tablespoons of i ton top of the “lemon pie”
