Pilot recruit 40,000 Facebook fans in three months
To promote their FriXion pens, Pilot has chosen to communicate via Facebook. They contacted Adictiz Studio to develop and promote the game, FriX'Style on social networks
The brief was "We wanted, om July to September 2012, our Facebook community together around a game in the image of the new range Frix'ion," says Karine Rossi, e-business manager at Pilot. The goal: to promote the full range FriXion pens with high school students
Adictiz Studio designed the operation FriX'Style, facebook game where the player finds himself in the shoes of a student must reproduce figures with his pen FriXion undetected by teachers. Very typically, players were encouraged to invite friends to create a viral effect
The operation took place from July to September 2012 and has enrolled more than 40,000 fans and 50,000 registered players monthly, 80,000 games played and 1.2 million generated print with Facebook Open Graph.
