Abstract

The project on the whole is based on online photo printing. In which, a company named PhotoBox that is founded by a group of students in IMS batch of 2015, would give customers a chance to relive their memories by getting the hard copy of the pictures they take. The biggest advantage that we are providing our customers is a free delivery of photos. The customers just have to upload the pictures they take from their mobile phones or camera, on the photobox accounts provided by the website.

Introduction Photobox is an online photo printing company founded in 2015, by a group of students of IMS. The company has currently one office in Lahore, and is currently operating in Lahore and its surrounding. This era of technology all of us are given so many facilities but the bitter reality is we never based on technology. As far as capturing the important events and moments are concerned we always try to keep this thing with us so we can enjoy the old days. Today, we all use mobiles and digital camera to capture such moments but the truth is we can lose this data if any of our concerned machines malfunctions. So in order to safe our self and remove such problems we are launching a photo box through which we will provide people those pictures in print form so that they keep it with them for long. Our visionary idea is to print your digital photos online. We are going to build a service that allows customers to take their most precious digital memories and create something unique that can be shared with family and friends as a physical and often emotive product. For this we are going to make a website for our product in which you can simply send us your desired photos by making an account in our website photobox.com where you have your simply login through your account and send us photos which you want to get printed.Photobox is proud to announce the unique service of digital photo printing for Lahore Pakistan. You can now order your digital prints for Lahore from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. We are Internet-based publishing service that enablesconsumers to print and preserve their memories by using our technology-based platform. We focus on helping our customers manage their memories through the powerful medium of photos and send these memories to their loved ones in Lahore. We provide a full range of services that make it easy, convenient and fun for consumers to upload, organize, print and ship their digital photos.

The process

The process starts with the very first click of your digital camera. Once you are ready to order your photos, simply transfer them into your computer and it only takes a few minutes to upload a batch of digital photos to Photobox.

You can manage different albums on Photobox for your different occasions. Upload your photos to any of your selected album. Order the selected album. Select photo size for the order. Provide the recipient Name and Address details in Lahore. Select time criteria. And we will take care of your order from here.After you place your order, we typically print and ship it out within 2-4 business days. Except for certain holidays, print orders are typically shipped within two - four business days of when your order is placed.

They are our competitors as there is too much difference in their services and our services. As they cannot provide with different benefits that we provide to our customers like we provide them with printing with free home delivery, provide them identity on our website and different packages and we also provide them with an official whatsapp number face book page instagram email etc.We came into the market with enhanced future plan. We have different goals for our future as to introduce mobile application. Profit ObjectivesAccording to profit objectives we are going to save our profit for future enhancement like Our business plan is that no cash will be withdrawal from the companys account for the first year, during these the revenue generated by the company has to be used for companys expansion, Purchase of own printing machine, introducing different facility in our product like calendar printing photo book, mug printing etc.Pricing ObjectivesWe are charging prices according to the quality we provide. The prices would be according to the size of the picture and time duration. Market AnalysisCommunicating channels with our customers would be through socialization site like face book instagram, Broachers, our own website, flex, mobile marketing (mobile and whatsapp) etc. Selfie booth would be the major source for our advertisement because people would see and get to know about our business plan. Also, the information on the selfie booth is more readily available to an individual's subconscious than an advertisement seen in something like an other medium of advertisement. Broachers are also a part of our advertisement that will be distributed in public places, universities, colleges etc within Lahore. We have considered broachers as our source to communicate with people as we would have a detailed information for our target customers, we will have a full fledge control on the flow of information provided in it.Our own website would also help us in promoting our business.
