Ollie & Darsh came from a different agency to Ph. with a requirement for a new responsive, lead generating

website that was updated to reflect their new branding. The new site needed to be content rich, include a

new blog, integrated photos and videos to showcase results and success stories and allow users to interact

more easily with the company through the use of incorporated forms on the site. The redesign of the

website was accompanied by a robust inbound marketing strategy.

Inbound marketing is the smart, authentic approach to modern day brand and business building. Turning

the traditional sales process on its head, inbound marketing focuses on pulling your customers in rather

than pushing your sales message out. Building a reputation and online following that lets you begin to

generate web-traffic, leads and new business.

In order to create a website that mirrored the unique experience that Ollie & Darsh clients experience when

they visit the surgery, we adopted an approach that placed the customer journey at the heart of our design

and development process.

We held workshops with the team at Ollie & Darsh to gain a thorough understanding of what they wanted to

achieve with their new site. After establishing their requirements we went on to establish a project brief and

delivery plan.

We then created sitemaps, wireframes and art work for the home page and subsequent full set designs, all

while consistently liaising with Ollie & Darsh. We developed comprehensive training materials including a

manual, video and face-to-face training to encourage the smooth handover of content management.

To increase traffic to the website we developed Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy which is a

process that affects the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine’s unpaid results, often

referred to as ‘organic’ results.

The new Ollie & Darsh website is now fully mobile responsive and has generated an 18% increase in

‘organic’ traffic through our SEO efforts alone.

On top of this, Ollie & Darsh now receive more enquiries in one month than they used to in a year before

working with us, down to the work we do for them online.

Year-on-year there has been an overall increase in traffic by over 25% with paid traffic increasing by 39%.

We have achieved these results through targeting consumers based on their interests.

By utilising their social media platforms, traffic has risen by an impressive 460% overall, with Facebook

traffic growing by 793% and Twitter by 176%.

Ollie & Darsh have enjoyed an overall rise in enquiries and bookings for their free consultation service,

with 75% of all website Free Consultation Appointments becoming bookings, resulting in an impressive

£2.3m in revenue. £1.6m of this revenue has come through SEO, meaning an increase of 51% so far this year

compared to the previous seven months. This has led to a staggering £68,000 in additional revenue every

month during that time, resulting in a return on investment over 400%.
