• The main target audience will be teenagers who nearly all have smartphones and would want a unique cover for it.

• there are about 50 Mio teenagers and interested adults in Europe

• we expect to reach nearly 40 % of those • on this basis we calculate to sell 15 Mio. covers in ten years• we will start with a price of 4,50 €/cover • our goal is to raise the price up to 6,00 €/cover• we are looking for revenues of at least 67 Mio € in ten years• first year we start our campaign in Malta, Germany and

DEBILITIES1.One debility can be that we don’t know if the materials which we work withwould be very resistant2. we don’t find covers for all mobiles

STRENGTHS1.It is easy to find post to personalate covers2.Buy the materials for the ideas are very cheap

THREATS1.Maybe some people prefer covers more beautiful than ours.2.Maybe people aren’t sure that we are going to make it well.

Local Competition

• In Spain there is a famous shop where theyhave original covers but they are veryexpensive too. That shop is Claire's.But our covers will be better and cheaper than Claire's because in that shop they only have covers for iPhones and Samsung galaxy s4 and s5 and we will sell covers for every mobile phone.

These are some covers in Clarie’s but they are only for iphones.

• In Malta our local competition is the shop Papa Came. It has got original covers but our covers will be like you want so this is better.

• In Germany there isn’t any famous shop which sells covers so it will be easy competition.
