Personal Auto Policy - ExamplesDefinitions (page 1)
“Trailer” means a vehicle designed to be pulled by a: 1) private passenger auto or 2) pickup or van. It also means a farm wagon or farm implement while towed by a vehicle listed in 1 or 2 above.
Exclusions (pages 2-3 and page 7-8)We do not provide Liability Coverage for any “insured”: 8. using a vehicle without a reasonable belief that that “insured” is entitled to do so.We will not pay for: 3. loss due to or as a consequence of f. rebellion or revolution
Other Insurance (page 4)If there is other applicable liability insurance we will pay only our share of the loss. Our share is the proportion that our limit of liability bears to the total of all applicable limits. However, any insurance we provide for a vehicle you do not own shall be excess over any other collectible insurance.
