WORK EXPERIENCE Eaton Corporation, Southfield, MI Capital Manager Vehicle Group North America, April 2016 – Present - Develop and maintain operating budget of ~$70M/yr for all capital projects within the

North America Vehicle Group division. - Develop monthly & quarterly capital spending forecasts for all vehicle group facilities

and work with global regions to ensure capital spending meets quarterly targets. - Review, approve and oversee the Capital Appropriation Request process for VGNA. - Ensure capital equipment disposal process is followed and that all assets are properly

valued, redeployed and/or made available for resale.

FCA Warren Stamping Plant, Warren, MI Continuous Improvement Plant Lead, January 2015 – April 2016 - Led pillar to become the 2nd NAFTA plant to achieve a score of 4 in Continuous

Improvement - Plant lead for implementing continuous improvement initiatives by driving project idea,

facilitating workshops, pushing projects to completion, and tracking project status. - Analyze cost deployment and production data to identify top operation losses throughout

the facility and direct teams to implement counter measures that attack loss. - Establish individual financial savings targets that align with plant budget and overall

savings plan. I am responsible for tracking and reporting out monthly performance to senior staff members.

stampings on a weekly basis - Developed annual business plan, created operating budget and was responsible for profit

and loss within the business unit.

- Determined capital improvement projects that increased production throughput, efficiency, and eliminated workplace safety hazards.

strategic planning, budget, and sourcing for the stamping division.

- Coordinated all off-loading / in-sourcing of stampings for entire Chrysler stamping division.

- Developed relationships with Chrysler’s stamping supplier base and created outsourcing strategies that reduced outsourcing costs

- Managed $100 Million capital budget covering multiple plant locations (SSP, WSP, TSP, Belvidere, Toluca) in effort to align manufacturing footprint to the business strategy.

- Asset management and oversaw the dispositioning for transfer of sale or scrap of hard tooling that supported stamping production.
