Most people can’t afford to wait for banks which require large amounts of paperwork, financials, tax returns, personal guarantee, collateral and great credit.

PerformaCard is not a loan, therefore there is no interest or fixed payback schedule.

Personal credit is not an issue PerformaCard will help merchants build business credit by

reporting positively to Experian, Dunn and Bradstreet, and Lexus Nexus.

PerformaCard availability or funded amounts are not reported to any credit bureaus and will never interfere with a merchants ability to get a loan or additional credit.

PerformaCard is Your Ongoing Access to Cash

Cardholders have the ability to order multiple cards

PerformaCard Reporting is available on for all Merchants and Agents to provide critical information pertaining to the account such as Remaining Availability and Total Funds Released

The Initial Funding and all future Funding Requests must be a minimum of $1,000

The Approved amount is typically $5,000 - $10,000 Credit Availability

Once an Approved Amount is established and the initial release of funds has been made, Merchants can request a release of funds as often as they want and receive funds within 48 hours.

Just like a Line of Credit, Merchants have access to cash as long as there is remaining availability in their PerformaCard Account.

The payback process is simple:

A small percentage of each credit card sale is applied to pay the amount due, which instantly increases availability.

The total payback amount is determined by multiplying a Factor Rate (typically 1.12 -1.14) by the total amount received – this is NOT Interest.

As funds are paid back on an ongoing basis, Remaining Availability continues to grow.

As the Remaining Availability increases, the holdback percentage declines.

Most business types that are approved for a merchant account with The Merchant Solutions will qualify, as long as they are processing a minimum average of $1000/ month in Visa/MasterCard/Discover & Amex transactions .

The merchant must have a listed landline telephone number.

The owner of the business must have a clean criminal record and his credit history must show a willingness to repay his debts.

What is PerformaCard? PerformaCard is Your Ongoing Access to Cash. Funds provided are deposited directly onto your

PerformaCard which can be withdrawn anywhere credit cards are accepted, at any ATM Machine, or transferred to a bank account of your choice.

Who Qualifies? 95% of all business owners who apply quality for the PerformaCard program.

How much can I qualify for? PerformaCard account availability ranges from $1,000 - $25,000.

Do I have to secure my PerformaCard account with any assets or collateral?

No, PerformaCard is not a loan and is not personally collateralized

What is the interest rate? This is not a loan, therefore there is no interest. A factor rate is applied to all advanced funds.

How do I access my available funds? Funds are easily accessed by submitting a Funding Request online. Once the funds are on your

PerformaCard you can use the card anywhere credit cards are accepted, transfer the funds to another PerformaCard or transfer the funds to a designated bank account.

Is there a fee to have funds released from my PerformaCard account?

No.

What is reported to credit agencies? Funded amounts are not reported. Positive payment history is reported to multiple credit

bureaus.

How can PerformaCard help fund my business' needs? PerformaCard provides you with ongoing access to working capital / cash. PerformaCard is a

simpler and more responsive alternative to traditional small business lending.

How long does it take to receive a PerformaCard? Once approved, final documents are prepared and e-mailed for signature. A fax copy of the

signed documents is enough to complete the process. Your PerformaCard is sent to you within 3 business days and your ongoing access to cash begins the moment your card is received and activated.

Will the PerformaCard account appear on my credit report? No, your PerformaCard account will not appear on your credit report. PerformaCard will have

no impact on your debt to income ratios or your ability to apply for additional financing from other sources. We do however report to several credit bureau’s helping to build your business credit.

How do I pay the money back? Your payments are based on a variable percentage of your credit card sales. The percentage

varies based on your PerformaCard account availability. If you have more than 65% availability your holdback percentage is 10%, between 35% and 65% your holdback is 20% and if you have less than 35% remaining availability on your PerformaCard account your holdback is 25%. As your availability grows, on a daily basis, your holdback percentage is reduced. This is the only finance program where the amount you pay back is lowered as your remaining balance is reduced.

Can I pay early? Yes. The benefit is immediate access to the full approved PerformaCard amount.

Do I qualify for a discount if I pay early? No, we do not offer a discount for paying earlier than scheduled. Because this is not a loan and

there is no interest the length of time for repayment is irrelevant. Do I need to renew my PerformaCard account?

No, PerformaCard provides you with ongoing access to working capital / cash. Therefore, you can access your PerformaCard account anytime there is availability. If your sales go up you can request an increase right online.

Are there any restrictions on how the PerformaCard funds are used?

There are no restrictions on how you can use the money received from your PerformaCard account.

What do I need to apply? Complete the PerformaCard Application.

How long does it take to get approved/funded? While each file is unique, our average client usually receives approval within 48 hours. Funding

usually follows roughly 5 – 7 business days after approval.

Will I need to personally guarantee my PerformaCard account? There is no traditional personal guarantee required.

What is your approval rate? More than 95%

Where can I use my PerformaCard? Anywhere credit and debit cards are accepted throughout the world and at all ATM's.

Can I get more than one PerformaCard? You can obtain as many additional cards as you would like for a nominal fee of $4.95 each.

These cards will have the same reporting features as your primary card and you will have the ability to transfer funds from one card to another.

How do I apply for a PerformaCard account? Simply complete the application on or call 888-707-2836.

Is there any paperwork involved in the approval process? There is a short application and final documents; however, significantly less than obtaining a

financing through any traditional financial institution. We will require 3 months bank statements and 3 months merchant statements.

Do you require any collateral? No. Collateral is not required for your PerformaCard account. Your proven business track record

helps us determine the amount of your availability.

Are there any set-up fees for opening a PerformaCard account? No, there are no application or set-up fees.

Do I need to change my merchant processor? Yes, you will need to change to The Merchant Solutions, Credit Card Processor with an

exceptional reputation. By paying back the money through your credit card sales PerformaCard eliminates any fixed payback period. Your Rates and fees remain the same.

I have some problems on my credit report from the past; how good does my credit have to be?

PerformaCard is based on your business success; therefore, your personal credit plays a very small role. We will even accept businesses with FICO scores less than 500.

If I have had a bankruptcy in the past am I still eligible? Yes, if the bankruptcy has been discharged.

Do I need a business plan? No

How do I change my address or update my account information? Updating your account information can be done online.

How do I check my Remaining Availability and get reports on my activities?

Remaining availability, card usage, and additional account reporting is provided online with 24 hour access.

Can I pay bills online with my PerformaCard account? Yes, just register for bill-pay online through your account and never have to worry about paying

your bills on time again.

If I have had a bankruptcy in the past am I still eligible? Yes, if the bankruptcy has been discharged.
