Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Added a functionality to retrieve additional fields, AcctAssignmentCategory, PartialInvoiceIndicator,

GRNonValuated, IRIndicator, DeliveryCompletedIndicator, and FinalInvoiceIndicator from the GetPurchaseOrderDetails operation. This enhancement supports condition checking of GR details. (US96719)

• Added additional invoice line fields, PO1 to PO10, which can be mapped to fields in the AP Invoice eForm. With this enhancement, you can now perform customized conditional checks on fields retrieved from the GetPurchaseOrderDetails operation in Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials. (US 96786)

• Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials is now certified to work with Perceptive Content 7.2.2. To reconfigure Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials after you upgrade Perceptive Content to version 7.2.2, refer to the “Reconfigure the connector with upgraded Perceptive Content 7.2.2” section in the Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials Installation and Setup Guide for version 2.7.0. Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Added a functionality in Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials that removes accounting data lines

for which corresponding invoice lines are not available, before performing CreateInvoice and ParkInvoice operations in SAP from an eForm. (US 92401)

• Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials is now certified to work with Perceptive Connect Runtime 1.3. (US 92393)

• Added a configuration in the custom BAPI XML file that enables users to specify the BAPI name. This allows users to create a custom operation for a BAPI that contains "/" character in the BAPI name.

The existing process of naming the custom BAPI XML with BAPI name does not allow this due to restrictions in Windows file naming convention. (US 94570)

Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Resolved an issue where a lookup to SAP did not return a BAPI response if the message type for the

lookup in SAP was "Warning". (TFS 10845)

• Resolved an issue that caused the CreateInvoice and ParkInvoice operations to fail for PO invoices where UOM contained lower case characters. (TFS 10884)

Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Resolved an issue by adding a new configuration to the SAP Config that enables users to specify

multiple values for Item Category. Previously, the value for Item Category was set to 1 and was not configurable. In addition, the output XML of getPurchaseOrderDetails now includes the “DistribIndicator” parameter under CodingLines and “AcctDataPopulationRequired” parameter under PurchaseOrderDetails that enables an eForm to populate accounting data for multiple account assignment lines of a purchase order. Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials now supports CreateInvoice and ParkInvoice operations for

a blanket PO. (US 53250, US 63005)

• The output XML of the GetPurchaseOrderDetails function was modified to retrieve account assignment lines associated with a blanket PO. (US 53250)

• A new asynchronous operation, “CreateNonPOInvoice,” was added to the Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials to allow creation of non-PO invoices using FB60 in SAP. (US 58028)

• Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials now supports invoice data massaging before you perform CreateInvoice and ParkInvoice operations. (US 54387)

• All input mapping fields related to the CreateInvoice and ParkInvoice asynchronous operations that were not available in the input mapping file previously, can now be included in the input mapping XML using the BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE_OR_PARK.XML configuration file. (US 58027)

Update • Resolved an issue that caused the Default ERP Service ID selected in the ERP Async Operation

Config and the ERP Sync Operation Config to reset internally every time Perceptive Connect Runtime service was restarted, even though the value selected in the Default ERP Service ID field did not appear to change. (TFS 10455)

Check Configuration dialog box available from View Configurations in Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console to identify duplicate invoices and credit memos in SAP. (US 58025)

• Added two new settings, “WithholdingTaxDetails expiration period” and “WithholdingTaxDetails expiration period unit,” in the ERP Cache Config to enable users to specify caching period for withholding tax information. (US 58026)

Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Added a new lookup, “GetWithholdingTaxDetails,” that enables Perceptive Connector for SAP

Financials to return withholding tax details. In addition to this, introduced the

“InvoiceWithholdingTaxLineItemList” node under Invoice in the mapping XML file of CreateInvoice and ParkInvoice operations. This functionality enables you to send withholding tax data to SAP using the synchronous or asynchronous operations of Create Invoice and Park Invoice. (US 58026)

• The output of “GetVendorDetails” lookup now displays International Bank Account Number, bank keys, bank control key, partner bank type, and bank country key under the parameters “IBAN,” “BankKey,” “BankControlKey,” “PartnerBankType,” and “BankCountry,” respectively. The output parameters, “Telephone” and “FaxNumber,” which were under the Details tag, are now available under the Vendor tag. (US 61413)

• Added a new parameter, “EnableDuplicateInvoiceCheck,” in the input mapping file of the ParkInvoice and CreateInvoice asynchronous operations to enable users to configure a duplicate invoice check. (US 58025)

Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials • Perceptive Connector for SAP Financials can now access SAP applications using a SAP router

string. A new setting, “SAP Router,” is available in the ERP SAP Configuration section of the Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console, where you can enter the SAP instance address. (US 55624)

• The “Default ERP Service ID” drop-down in the ERP Async Operation Config dialog box now displays only the SAP service IDs. The cache service IDs that were previously available, have been removed as these options are not relevant for asynchronous operations. (US 56222)

• Custom BAPI files in the BAPIMapping folder no longer require lower case file extensions. (US 56010)
