If you want to enter the world of work and earn a wage while you learn your trade, then an Apprenticeship could be the ideal route for you.

On the job, you’ll work as an employee, alongside experienced staff members. Off the job, you’ll learn with Pearson in Practice through a combination of engaging learning methods that may include; training in

There are three levels of Apprenticeships:

Apprentices work towards work-based learning such as a Level 3 Competence Qualification, Functional Skills and, in most cases, a relevant knowledge-based qualification.

Apprentices work towards work-based learning qualifications such as a Level 4,5,6 or 7 Competence Qualification, Functional Skills and, in some cases, a knowledge-based qualification, such as a Foundation Degree.

Human Resources (HR) Higher Apprenticeships

Human Resource Management is the specialist expertise that drives the people, their needs and requirements throughout an organisation.

This Higher Apprenticeship is aimed at individuals with an interest in human resource management and want to understand why people act the way they do and how to best utilise natural human behaviour for the benefit of an organisation.

Why this Apprenticeship?The programme runs for 12-15 months and the majority of apprentices are between the ages of 19 and 24. Apprentices will undertake a mix of on-the-job and off the job training to complete their Higher Apprenticeship.

We have formed a consortium with the Chartered Institute for Legal Executives (CILEx), Damar Training and Skills for Justice, to deliver the UK’s first full Legal Service Apprenticeship pathway. This programme will develop junior staff from assistant and legal admin roles, right through to the fee earning paralegal positions.
