Serraview’s Partner Program is for organizations looking to expand their service offerings and/or integrate their technology solutions with Serraview’s industry leading Workplace Optimization Platform.

As a Serraview partner, your company name will be listed on the partner directory, giving you exposure to Serraview’s global customer base and helping you to attract customers for your own offering. Serraview supports their partners with sales enablement, marketing resources, training, incentives, and more.

Serraview has fostered alliances with many different types of organizations that support the Corporate Real Estate market and has developed a Partner Program to encompass a variety of partner types and commercial arrangements.

Each Serraview partner determines the Partner Type and Partner Commercial Arrangement that best aligns with their business model as described below:

The Partner Type is the partner business category such as: Service Provider, Alliance Partner, or Technology Partner.

The Partner Commercial Arrangement is the partner’s sales and service delivery model such as Reseller, Referral, or to remain an Independent Consultant.

Serraview offers a complete onboarding program tailored to the requirements and business model of each partner for Sales, Implementation, and Support enablement.

Reseller Referral Independent Consultant

Description:

Partner bundles Serraview in conjunction with their services or technology solution and presents to customer as a total package.

Partner refers customer to Serraview. Serraview and Partner jointly pursue opportunities.

Partner may recommend Serraview along with other solutions, but prefers to act as an independent consultant and is solution agnostic.

Commercial Terms:

Reseller receives preferred pricing from Serraview.

Partner receives a referral fee from Serraview.

No fees are paid to partner.

Sales Process & Demonstrations:

Partner owns the sales process. Serraview supports partner as desired.

Qualified leads are submitted to Serraview. Partner and Serraview work together.

Serraview engages with the prospect directly.

Support Process:

Partner handles all Level 1 Support.

Serraview handles the Level 1 Support.

Serraview handles the Level 1 Support.
