(i) Internal, Tests are held in each semester which are held in time. Results arealso published in time.
(ii) From last session CBCS is introduced in the Autonomous college.
(i) University team had visited the college and their report had beentransmitted to U.G.C for extension of Autonomy and the compliancefrom U.G.C is awaited.
(ii) As per NAAC authority’s letter No. NAAC/E&NER/2nd cycle-/ORCOGN11556/2016, dt. 18.02.2016, The letter from North OdishaUniversity is procured to the effect that autonomous is neitherprohibited by Govt. nor by University for suomoto continuance ofAutonomy of the institution, which has been transmitted to NAACauthority of U.G.C vide this office letter No. 1895, dt. 02.09.2016
(i) Alumni Association provides adequate support to college authority in allrespects.
(ii) Alumni meetings are held off and on to have a considered look on all rounddevelopment of the institution.

7. Innovations and Best Practices
7.1 Innovations introduced during this academic year which have created a positive impact on theFunctioning of the institution. Give details.
(i) Proctorial system serves as the pathway for communication of views /Remarks of college Authority in connection with the academic achievementsof sons/ daughters / wards of parents.
(ii) At times, the parents are called upon to have meeting(s) of them with thecollege Authority for discussion on various aspects as per need of situation.
(i) Guest faculties are engaged in the institution, who are timely-paid by Govt.(ii) The Daily wage workers of college are paid from college Development fund
and in the Hostels from respective Hostel funds.
(i) The campus is made Green by plantation in the college premises.(ii) A beautiful Garden is developed over a 14 acres of land with good and
beneficial plants under social forestry project, Govt. of India under the aegis ofTata sponge, limited.
(iii) Eco-friendly D.G sets are installed to mitigate the power crisis.(iv) All science laboratories and big Halls are provided with exhaust fans for
expulsion of undesirable gases and proper oxygenation.
(i) The central Library started functioning in full swing.(ii) The Boundary wall of the library is at the verge of completion(iii) Equipments in large number have been purchased from State Govt. Grant and
renovations of laboratories have been done.(iv) A large number of text books, reference books etc are purchased from U.G.C
grant.(v) Three big women’s Hostels are at the verge of completion.

(i) Wi-fi campus programme is going to be accomplished under the aegis ofstate Govt. Grant (Rs. 10 lakh) for the purpose.
(ii) A state Bank ATM is going to be launched in the campus shortly anddiscussion and decision to this effect has been done with the S.B.Iauthority.
(iii) The construction work of up stair of college library is going to taken upshortly by P.W.D authority.
(iv) The old library is renovated for conversion into staff common Room forbetter accommodation purpose.
(v) The old math book is renovated for conversion into P.GDCA room.(vi) The IQAC room is renovated by PWD Authority.
(i) Important state and National Dates / events are observed.(ii) Uniform Dress code is introduced by Govt.
