Before watching:

Project: Choose one of the following writing tasks.

A) Design a route suitable for a free-run. Draw a plan of a part of a city, including buildings, walls, fences, steps, railings etc or any other obstacles. Then, describe the sequence of movements of the runner. 

B) Write a story about a free-runner describing his thoughts during a run. You can write in first or third person and in the present or in the past, as a dream or memory.

C) Choose one of the characters on the video (the names are displayed at the beginning) and write a short biography and portrait about him and his life, describing his interests, worries, family, friends, etc...
