Reduce Did Not Attend (DNA) rates This solution helps reduce DNA rates by allowing your patients to confirm, cancel or re-book their appointment online. You can re-allocate cancelled appointments quicker, enabling you to save money by reducing the medical time wasted on DNA. The ability for patients to add an appointment directly to their calendar is available by scanning the 2D barcode with a smartphone or tablet.

Use GS1 barcodes to identify patients securely, maintaining patient confidentiality The inclusion of GS1 barcodes on patient communications allows NHS Trusts to automatically and securely identify patients without prompting them to reveal their name, address, patient number or GP information in public when attending a hospital appointment.
