Make Sure Funding Entries Are Up-To-Date

Check statuses – update Pending grants to “Active” or “Unfunded”

Check if your faculty member’s role is accurate

Check if dollar amounts are correct; if not, you can self-enter

Are all current grants showing? If not, hand enter new grants

Check for duplicates: OSP vs. Hand Entered

Are titles and sponsors correct?

Do your faculty member’s collaborators have new grants? Are collaborators listed on their grants?

How often do you use the Category Override? How often do you do searches in the keyword search? Would you like the keyword search on the grid to search information in

the Category Override? How many have tried to update a title for an entry that is on the CV but

you could not find it by using the keyword search tool? Is there another tool or feature that would be more helpful instead?
