What is the title/date of the piece of work you have chosen?

How was it made/ What materials were used?

Is their work realistic, abstract, or semi-abstract? Can you say

why?

Describe in detail the techniques that the artists uses. Did they

pioneer any new techniques?

Describe the piece of work in detail. Try to use descriptive

words and specific art language.

What is the purpose of their work? Why have they created it?

Why is their work seen as important? What can we learn from

it?

Why did you choose this piece of work? What attracted you to

it?

How might a viewer interpret or respond to the work differently to-

day in comparison to how it was seen at the time of its

creation?

These will be collected by your Art teacher at the beginning of the

term. Prizes will be awarded!!!
