ADDED VALUE: As one of the most important rooms in the entire house, kitchens have
a lot of impact on the value of a home. Interestingly, though, the survey revealed that
resale value was not a top consideration for homeowners, showing that the majority of

What Do Homeowners Want in Their Bathrooms?
Second in popularity only to kitchens, bathroom renovations are an important staple for TREND

consumers look for in a bathroom remodel:
