Customers are permitted on site in accordance with the following rules and guidelines. Customers are provided a communication that outlines all the measures, policies, and practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace within Panavision during and after COVID-19. This communication is provided at the first engagement of the sales & rental process via email and/or direction to the company website by the Sales & Marketing Representative.

Customer visits must be scheduled in advance, and the number of customers on the premises and in any one area at any one time will be monitored and limited so that strict social distancing and room capacity limits may be maintained. No visitors, including friends, family members, pets, etc., will be permitted into the building.

Below are the responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Representative for the project at issue, in conjunction with the Health & Safety Site Lead.

• It is expected that the customer and the designated Sales & Marketing Representative will review the equipment package and prep requirements in detail prior to the customer’s arrival at the facility. The objective is to have as much of the prep completed before the customer arrives, thereby minimizing the amount of face- to-face time and potential risk to exposure.

PERMISSION OF CREW ON SITE

• All group meetings, including those with customers, should take place over the telephone or via video conferencing.

• Where possible, employees have been asked to work from home.• We have determined maximum occupancy limits based on the size of rooms

and/or areas in the facility and posted signage with respect to occupancy limits.

• Some areas within the facility have been closed to the public, and signs have been posted indicating such closure.

• All public restrooms have social-distancing notices and occupancy limits.• All nonessential communal areas are closed, and distancing tape and permittable occupancy levels have been

placed around essential communal areas.• Workstations and desks have been reconfigured to ensure safe social distancing.• Workstations and desks have been fitted with screens where applicable or necessary.• All kitchens and drink stations have occupancy limits and have been set up to support social distancing.• Panavision employees will not be permitted to visit sets, other than for purposes of dropping off equipment or

servicing equipment that cannot be serviced remotely.

In order to ensure that staff and visitors can maintain the recommended 6 feet physical distance while in our facility, we have implemented the following measures:

SOCIAL DISTANCING

• Employees, clients, and visitors are also asked to disclose if they have travelled out of state or the country within the past two (2) weeks and may be asked to follow additional screening requirements prior to being admitted into a facility.

PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT)

PANASTORE

As part of the initial communication to the client, the client will need to communicate, organize, and schedule the return of equipment, giving Panavision ample time to prepare, quarantine, and disinfect equipment before it is received back into inventory, where billing can assess and address any shortages and/or damaged equipment.

RETURNING / WRAPPING EQUIPMENT

• It is recommended that the prep reservations be discussed, agreed, and committed to a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
