At our tables, we collected our cups and play doughs. Mrs Low asked our group leaders to collect the art materials.

In our groups, we gathered around the tables to create our ice cream sundaes. Every group had a different playdough colour. We rolled the play dough into balls and put them inside the ice cream cups.

Our Ice Cream Creation Partywritten by Class 1/4

We had the ice cream creation party in class. We waited eagerly while Mrs Low prepared the art materials.

Next, we decorated our play dough. We had a huge variety of art materials to choose from, such as glitter, cotton balls, buttons and ice-cream sticks.

Everyone placed and sprinkled their favorite art materials onto our clay. They looked like toppings on the ice cream! Some of us put glitter on the cotton balls to make it look like chocolate sauce. Some of them put buttons to look like M&Ms. All the play dough looked like yummy ice cream sundaes!

After we finished making the ice cream creation, we sat down at the tables to take pictures with them. All of us enjoyed creating our sundaes. We helped to clean the classroom after the activity.

We were grateful to all the teachers, parents and classmates who contributed to the ice cream creation party. Most pupils were very happy. We want to have another party again!
