Conceptualizing
A show of Indian Attire :- SAREE’S
Fashion show with top 50 models of
India.
All 30 top designers of India would
showcase their saree’s.
Decoration theme would be :
ETHNIC
Budget Around 3.50crore to 4 crore.
Highest rates of models is around 35
lakh.
Set up which includes :-
Lighting , LED’s
Decorations
60 round tables with 5 chairs
Sitting Arrangements
Back stage , A.C’s
Would cost around 80-90 lakh.
Sound System 4-5 Lakh , etc.
Stage would look like this
1st two rows would be reserved for
invited celebrities and special
WINE would be served to these 2
rows.
And back side would be round table
and chairs like this:
Sponsorship
Basically 2 main sponsorships are
there :-
POND’s White Beauty is very much
interested and want to sponsor half
of the budget and will showcase
their beauty products.
BMW is also interested and would
sponsor a respectable amount.
Marketing:
Planned to market with 4 mediums:
1) Online marketing
With :-
2) Newspapers
3) Hoardings – in major cities of
India
4) T.V - advertisement
Photography Daboo Ratnani :- one of the biggest
photographer who will only click for show stopper celebrities.
And 3 other well know photographers too.
10 models should walk for 1
designer along with a show
stopper.
Hospitality
Bailley :- water bottles would be served on tables.
Dinner would be provided to guests sponsored by THE TAJ.
Food preparation and food serving department would be at 30mts distance so that food doesn’t cools down.
Coffee would be also served on tables , sponsored by STARBUCKS.
Public Relation
A booklet will be provided to all
visitors, carrying all the designs of
saree’s and this event.
An official opening ceremony with
Media would also followed by press
release.
Also a press conference.
Show would end with all the
designers on the stage like this -
We will try to make this event successful
and turn it into a biggest saree week.
