Eleview® is a submucosal injectable composition supplied as ready-to-use 10-mL polypropylene ampoules pouched in an aluminum pouch under nitrogen and packed in a cardboard box.
Minimum order is one (1) box of five (5) 10-mL ampoules.

Storage and handlingStore between 2°C (35.6°F) and 25°C (77°F). Store unused ampoules inside the aluminum pouch and replace into the folding box. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Do not use if packaging is damaged. Each individual ampoule is a sterile product for single use only. Do not use after expiration date.
Product expirationThe expiration (EXP) date is printed on each carton and ampoule label. Unused Eleview® (opened or unopened) should not be used after the expiration date.

Important Safety Information
INDICATIONS FOR USEEleview® submucosal injectable composition is intended for use in gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures for submucosal lift of polyps, adenomas, early-stage cancers, or other gastrointestinal lesions, prior to excision with a snare or endoscopic device.
CONTRAINDICATIONSPatients with known sensitivity to any of the components contained in Eleview®.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS• The safety of Eleview® has not been established in pregnant or lactating women, or in children under
18 years of age.• Eleview® should not be reused after the first opening. Any emulsion not injected during the procedure
should not be reused for another endoscopic procedure.• Do not use if the ampoule, aluminum pouch, or twist-off cap is damaged.• Do not use if the emulsion is not clear, shows any signs of opalescence, or contains floating or precipitated
visible particles.
ADVERSE REACTIONSRarely, local bleeding and/or inflammatory reaction could occur which may or may not be associated with Eleview®.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATIONDuring the procedure do not exceed a total dose of 50 mL per patient, either in single or in multiple administrations.
