we are now introducing education and training sessions where all staff will be given the opportunity to learn more about differences between people and how we can understand and make use of our differences for openness in collaboration. We will use the knowledge and implement it at The Wark to optimise our scientific excellence – for scientific quality - and our engagement with industry – for impact. We believe that developing openness and thereby excellence in collaboration will make us competitive and successful, which increases our chances to make a difference to society. This initiative is conducted by the well renowned Danish behavioural scientist/organisational consultant Lars Rokkjaer.
