Openness in collaboration On the rolling banner: Leadership course We are conducting a new leadership course at The Wark - Openness in Collaboration. All staff and students at The Ian Wark research Institute will participate in a leadership course based on Openness in Collaboration. As part of our strive to develop an internal culture where Trust is created through presence, openness and acceptance Creativity is enhanced by working together and sharing ideas Responsibilities are shared by all we are now introducing education and training sessions where all staff will be given the opportunity to learn more about differences between people and how we can understand and make use of our differences for openness in collaboration. We will use the knowledge and implement it at The Wark to optimise our scientific excellence for scientific quality - and our engagement with industry for impact. We believe that developing openness and thereby excellence in collaboration will make us competitive and successful, which increases our chances to make a difference to society. This initiative is conducted by the well renowned Danish behavioural scientist/organisational consultant Lars Rokkjaer.

Openness in collaboration

On the rolling banner: Leadership course We are conducting a new leadership course at The Wark - Openness in Collaboration. All staff and students at The Ian Wark research Institute will participate in a leadership course based on Openness in Collaboration. As part of our strive to develop an internal culture where

Trust is created through presence, openness and acceptance Creativity is enhanced by working together and sharing ideas Responsibilities are shared by all

we are now introducing education and training sessions where all staff will be given the opportunity to learn more about differences between people and how we can understand and make use of our differences for openness in collaboration. We will use the knowledge and implement it at The Wark to optimise our scientific excellence – for scientific quality - and our engagement with industry – for impact. We believe that developing openness and thereby excellence in collaboration will make us competitive and successful, which increases our chances to make a difference to society.
