    universities o ering fully on-line graduate programs. Onlinecourses are taught by the best faculty in the discipline fromseveral universities.

    n a multi-institution degree program:

    1. ou apply and are admitted to one university;

    2. Enroll in all your courses at that university; and

    3. Graduate or receive a certi cate from that university.

    Community Development training is essential because it:

    Teaches critical thought, eithical consideration, carefulplanning and involvement of all stakeholders.

    Students enrolled in the M.S. or M.A. program must take 36semester credit hours.
