ZONTA INTERNATIONAL’S GUIDE TO PAYING DUES ONLINE
Welcome to Zonta International’s online dues site. Please review the following information
to help you understand the system. These instructions have been separated into three
parts which are outlined below:
PART 1: SECTIONS 1-2, LOGGING ON AND CHANGING YOUR CLUB’s USERNAME

Please read the important statements below:
Entering new members: Please note that Zonta International staff must
manually bill new members after their names are added into the online dues
system. Therefore, after entering a new member into the system, you should
allow two U.S. business days for the new member to appear on your club’s
online dues membership list. When their name appears on the online dues
membership list, you may then pay their dues.
You cannot do the following using the online dues system:
o Reinstate members
o Transfer members
o Add or remove paid subscriptions
o Charter new clubs and Z/Golden Z clubs
o Add join dates to new members– Zonta International will enter these
o Use club credits towards your club’s dues payment
o Make partial payments for members
Please submit Form B to [email protected] to reinstate members, transfer
members, add/remove paid subscriptions and charter new clubs.

PART 3: SECTION 1, PAYING YOUR CLUB’S DUES
Part 3: Section 1 – How to pay your club’s dues
After you are finished making updates to your club’s membership list, you can pay
their dues online.
The online dues system accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
Please pay your club’s dues in their entirety prior to logging out of the system.
Send an email to [email protected] to inform Zonta International whether
the new member that you paid for online is paying full year or ½ year dues if paying
between 1 December and 31 May.
Part 1: Section 1 - Logging on
Before you log on, please note that Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla
Firefox or Google Chrome are recommended. Use of a mobile web device for this feature
will not work.
You will be required to log onto the online dues site using the username and password sent
to you from Zonta International unless you have changed it in the system.
Please review the following steps to successfully log onto the online dues site.
Part 1: Section 1 – A
Open the Zonta International website (www.zonta.org) and select “Pay Dues Online”
under Member Resources. This feature is available to club presidents, club
treasurers and district treasurers.
Part 1: Section 1 - B
Enter the username and password that Zonta International provided your club as you
see it which will include a combination of letters and numbers. Please be advised
that the username and password that you have been provided with is case sensitive
and if you do not enter the entire the combination as it is stated, you will not be able
to log on. After you have finished entering your information, select “Login.”
Part 1: Section 2 – Changing your club’s username and password
Part 1: Section 2 - A
If you would like to change your club’s username and password for online dues,
select “Personal.” Changing your club’s username and password is not a
requirement, only an option if you wish to do so.

Select “Profile.”
Part 1: Section 2 - C
A tab that says, “Username & Password” will appear. Select this tab.
Part 1: Section 2 - D
Enter the fields marked with an * next to them and select “Save.”
Part 2: Section 1 – How to update your club’s current member information
You may update contact information for your club members at any time – whether you are
paying dues or not. We strongly urge club leadership to visit this site to update your
club members’ information when changes occur to reduce administrative work for
you and for Zonta International.
Depending on whether your club has already paid its dues or not, you will receive one of the
following two screens after you have logged in. Both situations will allow you to view
your club’s membership list by selecting “Manage Roster.”

Part 2: Section 1 - A
Choose “select” next to the member’s name who you wish to make updates for. You
can also renew your Z and Golden Z clubs using the online dues site.
Part 2: Section 1 - B
You will automatically be directed to the “Personal” page. Please make the
necessary updates to the member’s record.
Part 2: Section 1 – C
Please note: If you reside within the US, please choose “U.S. Labels Only” next to
“Language” towards the bottom of the screen. If you reside outside of the US,
choose the language that fits your club’s needs. When you are finished making
updates select “Save” at the bottom of the page.
Part 2: Section 1 - D
If you have any address updates to make please select “Address.”
Part 2: Section 1 - E
Once you’re on the Address page, select “Edit” to make any changes to the
member’s home address and save the changes. You may also add information under
“Business” and “Courier Address.” Save any updates that you wish to make.
Part 2: Section 1 - F
When you are finished making updates to the member’s address select, “Return to
your record.” This is one of the first steps in directing you back to your club’s
general membership list.
Part 2: Section 1 - G
You will then be taken to the page shown above. Once here select, “Manage Roster”
to be directed to your club’s list of members.
Part 2: Section 1 - H
The club’s list of members is shown above.
Part 2: Section 2 - How to resign members
We urge you to visit this site to resign members from your club when you are notified
of a resignation.
Part 2: Section 2 - A
Select “delete” next to the name of the member who you wish to resign. You may
also resign Z and Golden Z clubs using the online dues site.
Part 2: Section 2 - B
Select the reason for resignation and then select “Remove.” Your membership list
will immediately reflect the member that you just resigned.
Part 2: Section 3 - How to add new members
Part 2: Section 3 - A
After you have logged in select, “Manage Roster” to be directed to the screen where
you will be able to add new members to your club.
Part 2: Section 3 - B
Select “Add Member” for any new members you wish to add to your club.
Part 2: Section 3 - C
Enter the information in each field. When finished, select “Continue.” If the new
member does not have an email address, you may either create a new account for
them or send Zonta International Form B.
Part 2: Section 3 – D
Select “Classified Member” on the dropdown menu and complete the fields marked
with an * next to them.
Part 2: Section 3 - E
When finished select “Continue.”
Part 2: Section 3 - F
Enter all contact information and select “Save.” It takes two business days for new
members to show on the online dues membership list. After these members show on
your club’s list, you may pay their dues online. To return to your club’s payment list,
select “Return to Your Record” at the top of the screen, then select “Manage Roster.”
From there, choose “Member Resources” at the very top of the screen and then
select the “Pay Dues Online” button. You will not have to enter your login
information again.
PART 3: SECTION 1, HOW TO PAY YOUR CLUB’S DUES
Renewing your club’s membership dues is a process that can be done in just a few steps.
Part 3: Section 1 - A
Once you have logged into the online dues site, you will see a screen that looks like
the one above if your club has members to renew. New members that you have
added will appear on this list after two US business days from the time you entered
them into the online system.
Part 3: Section 1 - B
Select the box next to all members who you wish to renew.
Part 3: Section 1 - C
Select “Next” when you are finished selecting your club’s membership renewal.
Part 3: Section 1 - D
Your club’s total will appear for all renewing members you selected. If you decide
that your list needs further editing, you may select “Edit” or if you are satisfied with
your final selection, you may choose “Next.”
Part 3: Section 1 - E
The above screen will appear. Select “Add Selected Items to Cart” to finalize your
selection.
Part 3: Section 1 - F
The club treasurer’s email address will automatically appear. Please review this
email address to ensure that this is where you would like your receipt confirmation
sent. When you are finished select “Next.”
Part 3: Section 1 - G
Complete the fields with as much information as you can provide noting that the
fields marked with an * are required. Please note that you are able to pay online by
using either Visa or MasterCard only. When finished select “Next.” You may also
choose “Previous” if you need to edit your club’s information.
Part 3: Section 1 - H
After you have reviewed your Dues Grand Total, select “Submit Order” to process
your club’s payment. You may also choose “Previous” if you need to edit your
club’s information. A payment confirmation will be sent once you have submitted
your club’s dues payment.
A membership list will not be included in this confirmation email. Please visit this
site to review your club’s current list of members.
