Objection BustersI already have a finance program for my customers- OneRoad Lending is not meant to replace your existing program(s). It is another tool for you and your store. You will find that OneRoad Lending will approve a larger base of customers at variable terms (depending on the customer's credit, etc.). OneRoad, unlike other consumer lending programs, does not charge any fee to our merchants.Consumer Lending takes too much time and effort- One Road Lending is simpler than other programs. Most lenders charge too much to customers. I don't want my customers to think that "I ripped them off"- One Road Lending is the only lender in the auto repair industry that has dynamic pricing. Rather than a fixed payment for all customers, lower payments are offered to lower risk customers. Low risk customers have very favorable terms, yet higher risk customers are many times approved, as well. Customers are priced fairly, based on risk. Our approval rate is currently higher than 70%.I don't want to deal with customer complaints to a lender and have to worry about chargebacks later- OneRoad Lending merchants do not have to worry about chargebacks.
