Network configuration

1. Assigned AutomaticallyWhen you enable the “Assigned Automatically”If you have DHCP presented in your network, the NVR gets IP from DHCP server automatically. If there is no DHCP in your network, the NVR will set a fixed IP to itself, and enable itself as a DHCP server.

3. Make the NVR as a DHCP server. If your network environment is fully independent. You can check the “Auto Assign IP Address for Camera”.It will detect if there is a DHCP server in the subnet. If no, the NVR will make itself as a DHCP server and set a fixed IP to itself.

4. Confirm the ConfigurationThere should be always at most ONE DHCP server in LAN, otherwise your network will crash. Please make sure the IP address is assigned to ONLY ONE device.Make sure you use the correct network port, only single LAN, attach the cable to LAN1.

2. Select an option of IP ConfigurationIf you uncheck the “Assigned Automatically”, you need to select an option.Choose the 1st option to get the from DHCP server automaticallyChoose the 2nd option to set the IP configuration manually.
