Alta eficiencia de extracción y recuperación del compuesto disruptorendocrino bisfenol AFPublicada en ScienceDirect - Publicaciones Científicas sobre Nanotecnologías en Aguas,01/07/2013

Separation and Purification Technology, Volume 116, 15 September 2013, Pages145–153. Recent studies have shown the presence of endocrine disruptingcompounds (EDCs) in surface water and sewage samples. A study on rapid removalof endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs)-bisphenol AF (BPAF) on multi-walledcarbon nanotube (MWCNT) is significant for understanding how wastewatercontaining trace recalcitrant or hazardous BPAF was treated. Besides, the sorptionbehavior and mechanisms remain largely unknown.

Determinación de fructosa en alimentos: Nuevo biosensor mediadopor osmio-polímeroPublicada en ScienceDirect - Publicaciones Científicas sobre Nano-Alimentos, 01/07/2013

Food Chemistry, Volume 140, Issue 4, 15 October 2013, Pages 742–747. This paperdescribes the development and performance of a new rapid amperometric biosensorfor fructose monitoring in food analysis. The biosensor is based on the activity offructose dehydrogenase (FDH) immobilised into a carbon nanotube paste electrodeaccording to two different procedures. The direct wiring of the FDH in a highlyoriginal osmium-polymer hydrogel was found to offer a better enzyme entrapmentcompared to the immobilisation of the enzyme in an albumin hydrogel.
