Application: use as a high response lock devices on pipelines for liquid and gaseous medium.

These valves are the non-gland, membraneless design.

• Explosion-proof level conforms to 1ЕхdIIВТ4 as per GOST51330, coil enclosure conforms IP 65 as perGOST 14254.

• Type of valves by operation principle:

• - direct action – The valve is actuated by solenoid. The valve pressure drop is not required for operation;

• - with pilot stage – The valve is actuated by solenoid and by valve pressure 0,2MPa min. The valve closing is ensured by solenoid and return spring. The valve can be closed at no inlet pressure;

• - with forced piston displacement – The valve is actuated by solenoid and pressure drop or by solenoid only when no pressure applied. The valve closing is ensured by return spring.

• Application: the valves are intended to protect equipment against overpressure, exceeding permissiblevalue. The valves are installed on reservoirs, boilers, vessels and used to release excessive medium to theatmosphere or lateral pipeline.

MAIN STANDARDSAPPLIED FOR DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

1) НП-001-97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-011-97). The general regulations to ensure safety of nuclear power plants.

The document regulates safety requirements which are specific for nuclear power plants.

2) НП-031-01. The standards for designing of quake proof power plants.

This federal code determines the requirements of safety assurance for ground nuclear power plants with all type reactors .

3) НП-068-05. Valves for nuclear power plants. The main technical requirements.

The document sets the requirements for arrangement, manufacturing, test, transportation, installation and working of valves fornuclear power plants.

4) ПНАЭ Г-7-002-86. The codes of design for stress analysis of equipment and pipelines for nuclear power plants.

These standards are used for strength analysis of equipment and pipelines for nuclear power plants, nuclear heat stations,nuclear heat supply stations, nuclear stations of industrial heat supply and facilities with research or experimental reactors (allwith coolant temperature not higher than 600 °C).

5) ПНАЭ Г-7-008-89. The regulation of equipment and pipelines for nuclear power facilities arrangement and safe working.

This regulation determines main requirements for designing, engineering, manufacturing, installation, working and repairing ofequipment and pipelines for nuclear power plants, nuclear heat stations, nuclear heat supply stations, nuclear stations ofindustrial heat supply and facilities with research or experimental reactors.

6) ПНАЭ Г-7-009-89. Equipment and pipelines for nuclear power facilities. Welding and facing. The main regulations.

These main regulations determine main requirements for welding equipment, welding preparation and junction, facing, weldsand padded parts thermal treatment, safety procedure requirements, requirements for main recommended weld types andwelding conditions.

7) ПНАЭ Г-7-010-89. Equipment and pipelines for nuclear power facilities. Welds and pads. Regulation of inspection.

These main regulations determine main inspection requirements for welds and padded parts of equipment and pipelines ofnuclear power plants, nuclear heat stations, nuclear heat supply stations, nuclear stations of industrial heat supply and facilitieswith research or experimental reactors.
