Nurse Practitioner OnCall provides total relief — expert telephonic triage for doctor’s offices, hospitals, clinics and health centers. Our expert team of Nurse Practitioners have decades of experience and are able
to provide telephonic management of acute and chronic signs and symptoms. They are able to discern a diagnosis quickly and accurately using evidence-based practice models in delivering safe, quality, effective
care. They are able to prescribe appropriate medications and advise follow-up. They can evaluate and refer to the facility of your choice if emergent care is warranted.

While nurse triage call centers have been the mainstay of triage services, it still has not afforded physicians and midlevels the peace of mind and quality of life they long for. Because nurses cannot diagnose, order, or prescribe, they often have to call on the physicians they cover to complete the calls, interrupting them at all hours of the night. Nurse Practitioner OnCall also provides board-certified M.D. supervision for all on-duty NPs.

How it works.
We work in conjunction with your existing answering service. All urgent calls are returned immediately, and non-urgent calls are returned in 30 minutes or less.
Our NPs document incoming calls on digital encounter forms that are sent to the physician either in real time or by 9AM next business day - your choice.
Call logs can then be printed and group-scanned into your EHR, or saved straight to PDF files for direct filing. We’ll work with you to best implement these into your workflow.
A master call list is also delivered to our office for quality assurance and billing purposes.
We can offer NPs with experience in your scope of practice in order to best meet the needs of your patients. Our extraordinary NPs act as an extension of your practice so you can feel confident that your patients are always in good hands.
