He is the Director and CEO, heading the organization with responsible for CAD/CAE projects execution and delivery for Nova Global along with team management and competency development, having more than a decade of Industrial experience in various verticals like Aerospace, Automotive, Heavy Engineering and Industrial Engineering. He was associated and leading MNC/OEMs – like Caterpillar, TAAL Technologies, HAL IISc & CSM Software.
He is 6-Sigma Certified (Green Belt) and he has implemented the best- practices in Project Management, Product Development etc.
