March 2013

Dear Valued Customer,

The past month has been a very busy time for us in LifeWorks account management. During the first week of February the team attended Ceridian’s annual sales kick-off conference in San Diego, where excitement about new and coming LifeWorks enhancements spread like wildfire. The entire sales and account management organization is eager to spread the word about the value LifeWorks brings to the organizations we serve.

As promised last month, we wanted to take the opportunity to introduce you to the LifeWorks senior management team led by SVP Mary Jane Konstantin. Mary Jane joined Ceridian in 2011 and brings with her25 years of experience in the managed care and EAP industries, including expertise serving commercial, military and government populations. Mary Jane resides in the Washington, D.C. area.

Reporting to Mary Jane Konstantin are Sharon O’Brien, VP of Operations, based in Philadelphia; Jennifer Sewell, VP of Quality and Clinical Services, based in St. Petersburg, Florida; and Anne Van Bronkhorst, VP of Wellness and Government programs, also based in the Washington D.C. area.

Together this LifeWorks operations leadership team brings to the table more than 80 years of industry and clinical expertise! Mary Jane and her team take a very active role with the account management group. They are interested in hearing your feedback and helping you to meet the objectives you have set forth in the area of health and productivity services at your organization. They are available to accompany account executives on client visits and conference calls.

This is an optimal time of year to meet with your LifeWorks account executive to review program usage and trending topics in 2012 as well as plan program strategy for 2013. Be sure to

include promotion and use of the new LifeWorks app as part of your strategy moving forward. We are off to a great start with more than 2,800 installs in the first month! Employees with the app on their phones will be more likely to call when they need help.

As always, keep your feedback and great ideas coming. We appreciate your passion and dedication to the organizations we serve together and look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
