10/04/11: Contractor has paperwork for permits for processing. Contractor will make an appt with city to pull permits.
10/12/11: PM has requested CM to handle coordinate with city to pull permits. CM contacted city via email and voice message forstatus of permit.
10/19/11: CM/PM to meet @ District after meeting to process check request
10/26/11: City permit check processed and fees paid in full. THIS ITEM IS CLOSED
