Tactical Operations Center Supervisor DynCorp International Kabul, Afghanistan Mar 2015 – Aug 2015

Supervision and Accountability of TOC personnel. Reviews MOI NPCC Intelligence, RSO and other open source information and incidents reports in order to derive the daily threat information. Obtains and studies DI reports that deal with security issues in order to identify potential threats to SBC personnel and assets. Reviews intelligence originating from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Central Asia to monitor political, military, economic and security. Obtains information about current situation in downtown Kabul and/or areas where SBC and advises the Operations Manager regarding these issues. Manages on duty TOC personnel for the proper and expeditious distribution of intelligence,

threat warnings and other pertinent information using TOC channels. Performs other duties both in everyday operations and in emergency situations.

Tactical Operations Center Specialist DynCorp International Kabul, Afghanistan 2013 - 2014

Performs the duties of communicating with personnel during mission execution within the TOC area of responsibility. Coordinates and communicates with local Quick Reaction Force (QRF) during QRF missions and rehearsals. Records, manifests, and tracks all convoy/security movements and personnel within the area of responsibility immediately upon departure from the life support area. Executes communications security (COMSEC) techniques to ensure control over communications systems and executes operational security (OPSEC) techniques to ensure control over operational procedures. Communicates using a variety of voice and text based communications, including cell phones, regional and global satellite communications, tactical military communications including CODAN radios, and UHF/VHF radios. Uses TRACK24 C4i platform, web based, to track assets as they move around the AOR. Submits SIRs/SARs, daily, weekly and monthly reports as required and directed. Accountability of all moving assets within their AOR. Developing contacts for aid in emergency situations. Providing those same contacts environmental information developed from within the program. Maintain accurate contact information for program personnel.

Theater Operations Security Manager Kellogg Brown and Root Baghdad, Iraq 2009-2010

Trained and certified district manager’s personal security detail.Trained over 500 soldiers to perform military police duties in Iraq which increased production by 200%.
