Key Achievements.

· TQM, 2 years training and implementing ‘Total Quality Management’ of internal processes. I created cross team pollination projects in order to look at time and work efficiencies.

· Project key player, rolling out several Hardware projects with new technologies and upgrades for EMEA based Clients and corporate node/MUX sites.

· ITIL knowledge and an acute awareness of Financial services and complex office environments and how to support the HW/SW of the PC’s Servers and Routers that provides superior service to the client.

· Leadership. I supervised and regularly trained staff to deploy Bloomberg’s internal and customer hardware such as routers servers and switches, facilitating London and EMEA.

· Trainer and Training based in New York office in Lexington Ave and Metro in Queens to oversee new product lines of Cisco and Juniper routers and subsequently trained my London team.

· Experience with purchasing Hardware for current and upgrade projects, liaising with vendors for swapping out any faulty components when dealing with high volumes of equipment. Using both internal SAP shopping carts linked to Purchasing and Internet direct on vendor sites.

· Key RMA contact with Cisco, Alcatel (Nortel) and Juniper vendors to turn around all high end network cards/ ERX chassis etc. Personally dealing on the phone and live chat with London & EMEA Networks RMA, to ensure expedient turnaround of hardware to maintain stock levels for existing and planned projects. Personally handling the administration for turnover of over £1 million of network equipment annually and vendor RMA online processes.

· Inventory management and monitoring. Complete warehouse experience in regular auditing of PCs and network equipment using scan gun bar code readers and SAP software for tracking and maintaining equipment levels accurately.

· Conference and roadshow experience. Setting up of complete standalone Bloomberg Terminal, Plasma’s Banners etc for Client training and sales Expo’s across EMEA.

· Continual shadowing and training at Bloomberg Networks – FISC (Field Service Customer facing installs) – GTEC (Global tech help desk) – Logistics – Shipping – RMA – Asset Management – Installs and Purchasing Departments at Bloomberg London and in New York.
