Education has changed dramatically with the distinctive use of E-learning in this academic year. Our children have adapted very well to this new system. We believe that education is a systematic process through which a child acquires knowledge, experience, skill and sound attitude. Let us join hands to ensure a happy and productive environment for our children, to steer them towards a holistic development and to help them to lead a meaningful life. Since we are continuing with the online classes, we would like to draw your attention towards a few reminders to ensure effective learning through this process. NEW INITIATIVES YEAR LONG PROJECT : As we celebrate 75 years of India’s independence , it becomes our responsibility to facilitate and guide our learners towards knowing the glorious history of the country , its people, culture and achievements in numerous fields . We intend to plan multifarious activities and research based projects for our students, which help them connect with the past , present and future of the country . These activities will not only expose them to a vast bank of knowledge about our motherland, but also infuse in them , a healthy spirit of pride and patriotic fervor . We shall keep updating you about the details of these inter- disciplinary activities regularly. SHRAMDAAN : As our young learners explore the importance of cleanliness and hygiene through the Swachhta Abhiyan being followed regularly , we intend to initiate them towards activities and tasks , which help them realize the essentiality of Shramdaan . It will enable them to understand how a little effort from every individual can make a world of difference. Periodic activities will be introduced to the students regarding the same. We wish to seek your support in all these initiatives as we try to implement them wholeheartedly in the online mode. REMINDERS Kindly ensure that your ward is regular in attending online classes. Please make sure that the chat-box is not used for any kind of interaction with the peers.
Ensure constant supervision of your ward during the online classes.
Kindly be regular in checking the school portal for notes/ handouts/follow up assignments
/activities in your login Ids.
Please ensure regular completion of homework assigned in the online classes. This would be assessed
as a part of internal assessment.
Kindly be spontaneous in uploading the image of the work done in the class for the teacher to view it.
Kindly ensure that your mobile numbers are updated in school.
Any change of Address, Telephone Number, etc. must be brought to the notice of Class Teacher.

Any application mailed to the school must be addressed to the Principal, giving the name of the
student, her/his class and section and admission number. In the case of the medical leave, a
medical certificate with the photocopy of the doctors’ prescription should be attached.
Ensure constant supervision of your ward during the online classes.
A FEW SUGGESTIONS Stay home, stay safe.
Maintain social distancing.
Wear a mask if you go out.
Clean your hands often. Use soap and water or an alcohol based hand rub.
Stay home if you feel unwell.
Eat a healthy and nutritious diet that builds your immunity.
OPEN HOUSE The Open House for Nursery-Class XII is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 09 October 2021. The
schedule and other details for the day will be intimated later.
SCHOOL FEE Please ensure that you pay the school fees on time. To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to pay
the fee before the 10th of the first month of every bi-month. For further details please refer to the
school web portal
SCHOOL PORTAL Parents must log on to the school portal from time to time, as all important information regarding workshops, change in syllabus and untimely holidays are always communicated through the homepage of the school portal as a scroll.

ALL CHORDS- (English Vocal Song with a Family Member) (Non- Competitive Activity)

But always a beautiful song.’
With this spirit in mind, a one hour non-competitive online activity is being organised for students of Class
V on Saturday, 13 November '21.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Theme: Happiness
Choose any English song on happiness and sing along with any family member.
Duration :- 2.5 minutes maximum ( including introduction)
Singing Style :- western
Costume :- School uniform for students
Interested students may send their recorded song videos in MP4 format on the section specific

The team may sing along with an instrumental track or play an instrument.

1. First of all sit in the Padmasana (Lotus Pose).
2. Place your arms in a relaxed manner on the floor, close to your hip area.
3. After that press your both palms on the ground keep both your arms straight.
4. Now, breathe out and try to elevate or lift your upper body.
LIVE ONLINE COMPETITION ON : FRIDAY, 22 OCTOBER 2021
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Practice for the ‘Tula Asana’ will be given in every class after proper explanation, demonstration and
video presentation.
Technique of the skill will be taught step by step by part method.
Different types of variation will be taught in the classes from easy to difficult level.
Proper warming up and cooling down will be performed to avoid any injury.
The competition will be judged on the basis of the maximum duration for which a child can hold the
pose.
The competition will be performed live, four students at a time.
The duration for which a child holds the pose will be recorded and later the winner will be declared
by calculating the skill performed for maximum duration.
The details and schedule of the competition will be given to the children. The exact timings for the
same will be intimated later.

ASM Pages of the related topics will be done in class.
All notebook, ASM and Project Work will be assessed regularly.
Parents are requested to ensure that the child regularly revises all the concepts taught in class daily.
This will help the child to be confident in attempting both oral and written work.
