Thursday : Library Visit Yrs 3-6 9.45a.m – 11am Yrs R-Yr2 1.45pm – 3.pm Class 3 Reading Buddies with Class 1 Bring in their favourite reading book Parent Forum On Wednesday 12 th February we will be holding a Parent Forum in school. This is chance for you to find out about our curriculum and to understand how we are trying to raise the profile of our school and the children’s achievement through the use of ICT. It will provide useful information about how you can connect to our school through media platforms, contribute to your child’s homework and learn about the various ICT systems we have in school. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you have regarding your child’s education at school. Further details regarding this event will be sent out shortly. Spotlight on Class 2 Class 2 are currently looking at all things French. This week we have focused on the French landscape. Together we discussed the water system and the major rivers, explaining that for transport we need bridges. After looking at a variety of bridges we decided to replicate our favourite. In Maths we have been investigating fractions all week and at the same time baking pizzas and eating cake!
