time to time. The institution should keep its continuous effort to make it attractive to the learners

which should be more motivating with pleasant atmosphere.

The Charaibahi college has been trying to impart a step ahead with quality education creating

a platform of manpower resources providing the facilities of both academic & extra-curricular

activities in-campus and off-campus with sincere effort of our college family and its well wishers to

move ahead accumulating our hand in search of innovative ideas to preserve for the coming

generation and hope definitely this News-Letter for the session Jan/2013 to Dec/2013 will help to

proceed ahead.I hope selfless participation from the teachers, students as well as guardians and all other well

the NEWS LETTER of Charaibahi College for the session

Jan/2013 to Dec/2013. I think this is one of the good jobs forkeeping systematic academic record of all academic and

extracurricular activities of the college and preservation of such

issues will really make it easier to assess. I hope the college will

continue the tradition of such sincere and noble effort in the days

Editorial

We are glad to offer our editorial to the first issue of NEWS LETTER of

Charaibahi College. We remain grateful to Dr. Kamal Ch. Nath, Principal of the

college for giving us the opportunity.

NEWS LETTER of Charaibahi College is a sincere and humble effort to

offer a glimpse of the academic and extracurricular activities of the college for one

academic year starting from Jan/2013 to Dec/2013. This first issue contains the news capsules on

selected activities, achievements and events of the college for the session.

The editorial team remains grateful to the members of the college-community for

providing vital information and photographs for the NEWS LETTER. We must

acknowledge with gratitude to HonblePresident College GB, Principal Dr. KamalCh. Nath & Vice-Principal Mr. Madharam Kakati and Staff for their valuable

The college provincialization Date 01/01/2013.

A field study to Dimoria on 21st January 2013 Organize by Department of

Education.

Celebration of Republic Day on 26thJanuary/2013 in the college campus along

with entire nation. National Flag was hoisted by the principal Dr. Kamal Ch.

Nath in presence of the teaching, non-teaching staff and students.

The College organized College Week from 6th

to 9th

February 2013.

A plantation program was undertaken by the college in the college campus in

collaboration with college AASU and Charaibahi Anchalik AASU on 5th

June/2013.

Celebration of Independence Day on 15 August/2013 in the college campus

along with entire nation.Principal Dr.Kamal Ch. Nath hoisted the National Flag

in presence of teaching, non-teaching staff and students.

Celebration of College Establishment day on 16thAugust/2013 as a memorial

day. G.B. President Sri. Indra Mohan Nath hoisted the college flag in presence

of the principal, teaching, non-teaching staff, Honble GB members and

students.

Observation of Swahid Tilak Dekas Martyrs Day on 28 thAug/2013.

Charaibahi College conducted the first internal assessment examination from

11thMarch/2013 to 16thMarch/2013 and the 2ndinternal assessment examination

from 9th Sep/2013 to 13thSep/2013.

The College organized freshman social for the year 2013 on 13th & 14th

Sep/2013.

Charaibahi College observed Tithe of Srimanta Shankardeva on 7thSep/2013

The College observed Swaraswati Puja during this session.

An inspiring prizes to the Top position holder students among the major
