The professionals of IRR Dallas hold many designations including MAI, ASA, CCIM, CRE, CPA MRICS and FRICS. Our staff has expertise in a wide range of property and assignment types.
The IRR Dallas team is lead by Senior Managing Director Mark Lamb, who holds the MAI, CPA, and FRICS designations. He is a 30 year veteran appraiser, known for his attention to detail and ability to tackle complex projects. He is assisted by 9 other Partners with diverse talents in the management of assignments conducted.

Fast, accurate and reliable service is critical to the successful execution of every real estate transaction. Our dedication to superior information technology has led to the development of our state of the art proprietary valuation and property database applications Marketpoint™ and Datapoint®. These cutting edge tools were designed to facilitate a standardized valuation process and expedite the delivery of uniformly consistent reports while maintaining customization capability for our clients on demand.
IRR’s DataPoint® is an enterprise-wide system that incorporates our advanced Customer Relationship Module and Valuation Project Management Module, delivering real-time tracking of assignments. The web-based interface also includes a powerful Comparable Database Module which captures property information; including rental surveys, sale transactions, and income and expense data. Currently, more than 600,000 properties are being tracked in DataPoint®, and more being added with each assignment we complete. DataPoint® interfaces seamlessly with MarketPoint™, a best-practices IRR system for valuation and consulting analytics.
