    This Agreement made and entered into this~ 6day of 2013, by and between the Board of Education of the Margaretta Local School Dis ct, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" and the National Education Association (NBA), the 0 io Education Association (OBA), the Northwest Ohio Education Association (NWOEA), and its affiliate, the Margaretta Teachers Association (MTA), each of which is hereinafter referred to as the "Association."
