FMPPLA RequirementsFinancial Management of Parliament and

Provincial Legislatures Act, 10 of 2009

• S 13 – Executive Authority oversees preparation of strategic plan, annual performance plan and budget for Parliament

• S 14 – Accounting Officer prepare and present a draft strategic plan within 6 months of election

• S 15/16 – Accounting Officer prepare the annual performance plan and budget, 10 month before the start of the financial year.
