V. CLOSURE:Teacher will close lesson by going over translation sentences. Ask students what they learned about the lesson that they liked? Is it easy to translate? Is it easy to conjugate once you memorize the formula in the boxes?

VI. ALTERNATIVE/SUPPLEMENTAL ACTIVITIES:If time still exists, students can have a competition on whiteboard or in groups conjugating the verbs on the AR verbs covered in class. If time still exists, teacher can read a storybook and students can point out all the AR verbs read by the instructor. If time still exists, teacher can give students a quiz by calling out the verb in Spanish and the students would write it in English, or vice versa.

VII. SPECIAL NEEDSIf there are special needs students, they can work with a partner to complete the exercise. They could also draw out only 2 or 3 verbs on a sheet of paper and then color them. They could hold the flashcards as the teacher called them out to the class. For gifted students, they could write a story using all 20 new AR verbs. They could draw out their own version of the verb instead of using the drawings on handout #1. The gifted students could make each one of the translated sentences plural. They could write the sentences in other tenses.
