“The Live Wire” MTM & 3rd AEX Area X 2012-2013

The Vibrant table of Bellary Vikings RT hosted the MTM & 3rd AEX on 23rd Feb at

Hotel Mallige,Hospet. BVRT Chairman Tr.Pashupathi Reports:

Team BVRT152 welcoming all the tablers and families.

Welcome

The host made the welcome more special by having their spouse and tabler’s

involved in welcoming the guest.

All the tr’s and their spouse were dressed in Indo-Western attire and the guest

were welcomed with tilak, roses, and smiley badges for the twinkler’s.

Tr Chandrakant was on the drums and set the energy levels of the guest higher.

After the welcome the guest headed straight for Lunch, menu consisted of all

the local delicacies like holige, bisi bele bath and many more...the lunch was

held at the open air restaurant called “Waves”, good food and good

ambience, all the tablers relished the food.

Post lunch the 3rd Aex board meeting started at 3.15 pm as scheduled.

In the afternoon, “Maasti ki path shala” was organized.

The spouses of BVRT152 organized “Masti ki paatshalaya” exclusively for

twinkler’s and their lovely mom’s; lot of games and children mother activities

was conducted. The event was very well appreciated by all the tablers and

family members.

Charter of Hospet Round Table 231

During the MTM, Hospet Round Table 231 was charted by IPP,LMF, Tr Ashwini

hemdev and Area Chairman Tr.Prakash Kapadia.

The new table was sponsored by BVRT152 and HKRT178, the key instrumental

tablers involved in successfully chartering the new tables were, Tr.Pashupathi

Chellur(Chairman BVRT152),Tr.Mahendra Yadav(Chairman HKRT178) and

Tr.Venkatesh Anigundi of HKRT178, who worked tirelessly to achieve this goal.

Having a table at Hospet was a long pending dream of IPP Ashwini ,which was

accomplished on 23rd feb’13 in his presence. All the tabler’s warmly welcomed

the new table to Area X family.

Few glimpse of the charter night…

Post Charter, BVRT 152 hosted a fantastic Fellowship….

“The rock concert by six strings” and Fashion n dance show by tr’s of

area X.

Leaving no stone unturned bvrt152 put up a show like never before..

The stage setup in the perfect T shape with a huge backdrop banner and

lighting which was the cynosure of all eyes … multiple moving lights search lights

and a laser beam towards the sky along with sound acoustics and

more….looked like a perfect party place.

The event was opened with a fashion show by tr’s and cr’s of bvrt 152 all dressed

up in army pants and live wire t-shirts….continuing the ramp walk was a dance

performance from Mrs Pritika Jain and Mrs Sneha Chellur who held the audience

spell bound.

Every second that unfolds in tabling is a surprise…fascinating performances from

the debut tr’s of Hospet RT.

Hkrt 178 like always were present in full strength and their spouse set the stage

on fire by grooving to the recent hit tune of “Radha Teri”…Later both the tables

were adjourned joint winners of the fashion n dance show.

Not to be left behind BRRT 205 who had only one Cr. among them did not back

out, they stuck to the theme and performed on stage with full spirit in royal style.

D rock concert:

Chinmay the lead singer of the band who was a instant hit with the crowd as

you could see them all in high spirits and he sung few songs which sounded as

good as the original sound tracks and the song DK Bose had the crowd

grooving and dancing on the stage.

Without a DJ…. No tabling event can be complete. DJ Tushar of hubli who is

well acquainted with area x picked up exactly from where Chinmay had left

and had the crowd dancing to his numbers till 2am and the surprise part was our

debut table were still there in strong numbers and were having fun…

The Departure…

The next day was a gloomy day, filled with Saturday Night hangover and a lot of

thank you and handshakes being exchanged.

Our beloved AC Area X, Tr Prakash Kapadia was a content man as the event

finally folded.

Finally would like to thank all the tr’s who participated in this event organized by

us and making it a very successful one, also like to thank my dream team for

putting up the best show possible, consider myself lucky to be a part of BVRT 152

and RT.
